Are you a dynamic and results-driven leader ready to uphold a standard of excellence in the hospitality industry? The Farina Restaurant Group is seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations and ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Location: Michigan City, IN 46360

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Role Summary:

The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including financial performance, staff development, and operational efficiency. You will report directly to the Ownership Team and play a critical role in driving our brand's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage all staff members to maintain a high-performance, positive work environment.
• Oversee daily operations, including service execution, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and drive profitability.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as maintaining HR documentation and input for weekly payroll.
• Actively manage the restaurant's reputation, including handling guest responses and reviews.

Qualifications:

• Must have 5 years General Management experience
• Proven track record of success as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong P&L management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
